Refund/No Return Policy

Flatirons Research Co – Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the specialized nature of research products, all sales are final. Flatirons Research Co does not issue refunds under any circumstances.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To evaluate and process a replacement, we may require:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A detailed description of the issue

If the claim is approved, Flatirons Research Co will provide a replacement item at no additional cost. Replacement eligibility is determined at our sole discretion based on the information provided.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are issued only for verified damaged or incorrect orders
  • We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for any other reason
  • In some cases, additional documentation may be required before a replacement is approved

Processing Time

 

Approved replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and carrier conditions.
