Due to the specialized nature of research products, all sales are final. Flatirons Research Co does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To evaluate and process a replacement, we may require:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- A detailed description of the issue
If the claim is approved, Flatirons Research Co will provide a replacement item at no additional cost. Replacement eligibility is determined at our sole discretion based on the information provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse
Replacement Policy
- Replacements are issued only for verified damaged or incorrect orders
- We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for any other reason
- In some cases, additional documentation may be required before a replacement is approved
Processing Time
Approved replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and carrier conditions.
