Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders placed and successfully paid for will typically be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will typically be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

While Flatirons Research Co strives to fulfill all orders by the next business day, processing and shipment times are not guaranteed and may be affected by periods of high order volume, holidays, severe weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by the selected shipping carrier and service level. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Flatirons Research Co.

Shipping Methods

Flatirons Research Co currently ships orders via UPS. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Ensuring that ordered products are permitted under all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
  • Monitoring shipment tracking information and receiving deliveries promptly.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Flatirons Research Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

Flatirons Research Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Replacement shipments may be provided at our sole discretion.
