Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement or refund, we may require:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling
